Sharron Flynn proudly serves as President of CUPE Local 1328, representing education workers across the Toronto Catholic District School Board. As a Child and Youth Worker, Sharron brings heart, empathy, and firsthand experience from the frontlines of education to her leadership.
She believes in building a strong, connected union where every member feels seen, supported, and valued. Her work focuses on protecting members’ rights, improving working conditions, and ensuring safe, respectful school communities for both staff and students.

Lisa Townsend is the Vice President and Grievance Officer for CUPE Local 1328, where she leads with integrity and a strong commitment to member advocacy. Dedicated to promoting equity and fairness in the workplace, Lisa brings a compassionate and solution-focused approach to supporting members and fostering respectful labour relations.

Recording Secretary
Lisa Bruno has been an Educational Assistant with the Toronto Catholic District School Board for the past 27 years and is deeply passionate about working with children and helping them grow and thrive in all areas of development. In my role, I work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide meaningful assistance to students with diverse learning needs. Also, I am committed in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Lisa takes pride in fostering a classroom atmosphere rooted in respect, compassion, and faith-based values that reflect the mission of the TCDSB. Beyond her work in the classroom, she proudly serves as a Recording Secretary and active member of CUPE, where she has strengthened her sense of integrity, solidarity, and commitment to advocacy. Through this work, Lisa has developed a strong voice for her colleagues, promoting fairness, collaboration, and the collective strength of her union community.

Emilie Mancini is the Secretary Treasurer for Cupe Local 1328. Guided by clear values and a dedication to helping people, Emile approaches her role with transparency, clarity, and compassion.

Kevin is a passionate advocate for workplace fairness, and health and safety. As a unit chair, his service is focused on improving the quality of the workplace for the members he represents, and ensuring that members get what they need to do their jobs well.
